Salary: SO2 points 26-28 plus London Weighting, £2,230 FTE per annum pro rata

Hours: Full-time - 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum plus 5 weeks

The Post:

We are seeking an outstanding practitioner who is able to:

  • Support the development of social, emotional and academic development of pupils at the school and their families.
  • Work with identified families to support early intervention by signposting support and guidance
  • Actively engage identified families in order to improve children's outcomes
  • Work directly with children and families; individually and in groups to provide practical support, advice and guidance around a range of issues
  • Be a deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and work with SLT and the safeguarding team in regards to child protection, especially around accessing Early Help services
  • Act as a first point of contact for senior leaders, staff, parents and the Local Authority when assigning early help provision within school and liaising with Family Wellbeing Centres and other external support agencies
