M&E Manager

M&E Project Manager Principal Contractor
We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join a well-established principal contractor as the MEP lead on site for a 200-unit residential scheme in London.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the M&E delivery on site, managing the mechanical and electrical packages and reporting directly to the Project Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all M&E activities on site, ensuring quality, programme, and cost targets are achieved.
• Manage and coordinate M&E subcontractors, ensuring smooth delivery and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Director.
• Lead progress meetings and ensure timely resolution of any site issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an M&E Project Manager on large-scale residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services.
• Ability to manage and lead subcontractor teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Package: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum
