HGV2 Drivers

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting HGV2 drivers for Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain client based near Feltham, TW63UA.

HGV2 drivers mainly consist of delivering aviation cargo handler to the Airport in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines

This Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain client is based in Heathrow, TW63UA.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

The Candidate:
To be considered for the HGV Class 2 Drivers role you'll need to be able to demonstrate good attention to detail skills.
The ideal person for the Class 2 Driver position would need the following:

• HGV2 / Cat C / Class 2 licence - must have either:
  • Airside HGV driving experience with NO qualification or
  • HGV qualification - Min 3 moths HGV driving experience
  • PCV Drivers (Buses or Minibuses) accepted (do not require valid licence)
  • Crane / Straddle Carrier Operator experience (min 2 years) accepted.
• Previous experience of airfreight work - desired but not essential
• A good level of fitness - essential
• Able to understand and follow instructions.
• Good communication both written and verbal

• Full UK Driving Licence with Category C ( Class 2 )
• Be able to provide your last 5 years history
• Clean DBS
• Be prepared to undergo a UK criminal Check
• UK right to work
• Proof of National Insurance
