Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic senior site manager with extensive experience in site management and a track record of success in large-scale residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the site team, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.

• Create and implement detailed project plans aligned with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Drive a culture of safety, ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and resolving issues promptly.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and uphold quality standards.

• Manage budgets effectively, employing robust cost control measures.

• Mentor and support junior staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a senior site manager, ideally with a developer, managing large tower block and housing projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry regulations.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team motivation and client relationships.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS) and a valid first aid certificate are highly desirable.
