Groundworker

A new opportunity has arisen for a Groundworker to work for a national contractor on a permanent basis. You will be required to complete maintenance works within communal areas in Essex. The successful Groundworker must be willing to travel however you the aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.

Salary:

36,000 per annum

The successful Ground Worker:

Fencing works
Paving/slabbing works
Installing bollards
Brickwork
Epoxy resin repairs
Tiling
Minor roofing works
Paths repair/replacements
Rendering & tarmac repairs
Be customer focused
Have social housing experience
Have a DBS Check
