Part Time Caretaker

Our Client are looking for an experienced Caretaker to join their team at a luxury residential estate based in South West London.

3 days per week (must include every Friday and the other two days can be flexible) 8am - 4pm

Salary: £16,000 annually

• Carry out minor repairs and basic maintenance.

• Keep communal and outdoor areas clean, safe, and presentable.

• Support with painting and small decorating tasks.

• Jet Washing.

• Concierge services.

• Carpet Cleaning.

• Assisting with the bins

• General ad hoc duties across the development.

• Provide friendly, helpful service to residents and colleagues.

• Previous caretaking or maintenance.

• A practical can-do attitude and good attention to detail.

• Someone reliable, approachable, and happy to help others.

• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
