Plumber / Multi Skilled Plumber

I am currently working alongside a well-established social housing contractor who are looking to welcome a Plumber / multi-skilled plumber to their team based in the Reading / Oxfordshire area.

Job Description

• Plumber / Multi trade plumber
• Working within the social housing network.
• Weekly pay
• On call required. once in four weeks (Approx.)
• Full UK driving license required.
• Company van and fuel card supplied from day one.
• NVQ LV2 required in plumber or similar core trades.
• 07:00am until 16:30pm inc a one hour break per day.
• You will require your own tools.
• Duties include: plumbing duties plus other core trades on a minor level.
• 31 days annual leave
• Target of twenty jobs per week. If you hit 20+ jobs then 6 per job after the 20 completed will be additional pay.
• Working alongside a well-established social housing contractor
• Permanent position from day one.
• Salary range is 35,000 - 36,000 PA
• Covering the Reading / Oxfordshire area.
