MRICS Quantity Surveyor Role

The MRICS Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for running projects from concept to completion, providing support to junior staff, and managing both pre and post contract duties as required. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards.

You will be responsible for:

• Running projects from inception to completion
• Supporting and mentoring junior staff
• Managing pre and post contract administration
• Engaging with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Ensuring all projects adhere to budget and timeline requirements

The MRICS Quantity Surveyor Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
• MRICS, or currently working towards it
• Previous experience within a PQS / consultancy environment
• Strong knowledge of pre and post contract processes
