Trident Health is a progressive recruitment consultancy with a strong foundation in healthcare staffing. As we continue to scale, we are now looking to diversify into new verticals and are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Recruiter or Desk Head to lead the charge in building a brand-new division from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Division Leadership: Build and lead a new recruitment desk or division aligned with your sector expertise.
  • Business Planning: Develop and present a comprehensive business plan outlining your strategy, market analysis, and growth roadmap.
  • Client Development: Leverage your network to win new business and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team as the division scales.
  • Strategic Input: Contribute to the broader company strategy as part of the senior leadership team.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full ownership of your division's performance, including revenue targets and profitability.

  • Proven track record in 360 recruitment within your chosen sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling a desk or team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
