Lettings Property Manager Required. Our client is a trusted partner in the world of real estate and financial investments. They are a London-based company with a mission to help property investors make the right decisions when buying or selling properties in the UK.

Due to continued success, they are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lettings Manager to oversee their property rental operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring all aspects of the lettings process run smoothly. You will be responsible for managing tenant relationships, coordinating viewings, and maximizing occupancy rates through effective upselling strategies.

Lettings Manager - Remuneration

  • Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
  • 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme

Lettings Manager - Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide prospective tenants with detailed information about available properties.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and input data into the property management system.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties and increase occupancy rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette and communication with prospective tenants.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance tenant satisfaction and maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings.

Lettings Manager - Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a lettings or property management role is essential.
  • Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
  • Familiarity with property management software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to build rapport with tenants and clients.
  • A proactive approach to upselling and marketing within the lettings sector.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
