This is a customer-facing and sales-oriented role, where you ll be involved in leading client briefings and scoping meetings working alongside our existing Sales team and Projects team.
You ll get to work on a variety of projects, from one-off installations to large-scale fit-outs, ensuring that each design meets the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics. this opportunity will give you the scope to work with some of the UK s most famous venues and hospitality groups.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Designer
- Design Expertise: Create detailed 3D designs using AutoCAD & Revit.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions, including leading client scoping meetings.
- Site Surveys: Conduct site surveys and produce accurate construction drawings for manufacture.
- Project Management: Manage design projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Sales Process: As experience grows, you ll handle the entire sales and design process, earning commission on projects delivered.
- Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design technology to incorporate innovative solutions into your projects.
The Fit: Sales Designer
- Proven experience in the design of either hospitality fit-outs, bars, restaurants or commercial catering equipment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD plus Moderate Revit level (Full Revit training given).
- Strong understanding of ergonomics and design principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
