About the Role:

We are looking for professional and dedicated Exam Invigilators to support our team during the exam season from April to July 2025. As an Exam Invigilator, your role is crucial in ensuring exams are conducted in accordance with strict regulations, providing a fair and secure environment for all candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise exam sessions, ensuring that all candidates follow exam protocols and regulations.
• Distribute and collect exam papers, ensuring they are handled securely and accurately.
• Maintain a calm and professional exam environment, addressing any concerns or queries from candidates.
• Report any irregularities or incidents to senior staff immediately.
• Set up and clear the exam venue as needed for each session.
• Ensure adherence to the JCQ (Joint Council for Qualifications) guidelines throughout all invigilation duties.

Training:

• All candidates at Tradewind will receive training on JCQ guidelines before the exam period to ensure full compliance with regulations and best practices.
• You will be equipped with the knowledge to manage any issues or queries that arise during exam sessions, and to contribute to maintaining the integrity of the exam process.

Key Requirements:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or customer service role is desirable but not essential.
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, from April to July 2025.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and act with integrity at all times.
