Commercial Manager

I am currently seeking a Permanent Commercial Manager for work with a UK Civils Contractor covering projects in Kent, London & Essex.

This role would include but not be limited to the below

• Develop and manage budgets as well as forecast
• Oversea financial KPI
• Ensuring that all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations
• Resolving contractual and commercial problems
• Risk assessment
• Discovering areas that are not in-keeping with regulation practices

The Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Managing Quantity Surveyor or similar.
• Degree within Quantity Surveying or similar
• Previous experience on Marine and Civil projects
• Experience with NEC
• RICS / CICES membership
• CSCS
• 2x References
