Sales & Lettings Administrator / Lettings Business Development Trainee

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for both sales and lettings operations.

  • Assist with property listings, marketing, and arranging viewings.

  • Answer calls, manage diaries, and schedule appointments.

  • Cold call potential landlords to secure new business.

  • Attend property viewings and meetings to generate new lettings instructions.

  • Drive lead generation to increase stock levels and grow the lettings portfolio.

  • Ensure compliance with all lettings regulations and assist with tenancy paperwork.

Sales & Lettings Administrator / Lettings Business Development Trainee

Skills and Experience:

  • Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling and face-to-face client meetings.

  • Excellent negotiation skills and a professional approach.

  • Full UK driving licence required.

  • Previous experience in property is desirable but not essential.
