Key Responsibilities:- Lead by example on the shop floor with a consultative, customer-first approach- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business- Support and coach team members to deliver service excellence= Foster a warm, inclusive environment aligned with the brand's luxury ethos

About You:- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role- Skilled in team leadership and driving performance through coaching and example- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish- Naturally confident in developing meaningful client relationships
