Building Services Engineer

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Hours: Mon-Fri (Days)

Salary: £40,000 + Benefits

Start: Immediate

We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical or Mechanical bias) to manage a prestigious static site in Wimbledon. No travel required-stay on one site and enjoy a stable Monday-Friday routine.

• Perform PPM and reactive maintenance across site infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot HVAC, lighting, power, and plumbing systems.

• Ensure full health and safety compliance and maintain site logs.

• Qualified: Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds (Electrical or Mechanical).

• Experienced: Proven background in commercial building services.

• Local: Must be within commuting distance of Wimbledon.

• Ready: Available for an immediate start.
