Have you been working as a TA and recently obtained your Level 4 Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification ?

The successful Primary School HLTA will:

• An Enhanced DBS Certificate or willingness to process one
• A BA Hons / MA in Education or a Cache/ NVQ Level 4 in Higher Level Teaching Assistant
• A commitment to the local community and education and training
• They have a strong focus on academic excellence, care, and nurturing their students
• Strong communication skills
• The confidence to deliver pre-planned lessons to a class of primary aged students
• Experience delivering lesson planning
• Some knowledge of the National Curriculum

This primary school is located in the centre of Redbridge London and uniquely integrates a rich curriculum with opportunities like Bikeability week, swimming lessons and a strong focus on artistic and cross-curricular activities, all while fostering a spirit of enjoyment & achievement.

This an initial Long-term role with a view to future opportunities for the right Primary School HLTA
