• Overseeing the entire process of product shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to arrange the transportation of goods and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Keeping accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries to ensure stock availability.
• Preparing and maintaining all necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices, customs declarations, and shipping manifests.
• Addressing and resolving any logistical issues or delays that occur during the shipping process.
• Ensuring that all shipments comply with relevant regulations and company policies, including customs and export/import laws.
• Monitoring and managing logistics costs to ensure efficient use of resources and budget adherence.
• Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any delivery-related inquiries or issues.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve logistics processes and increase efficiency.
• Generating reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset.
