Are you a dedicate Maintenance surveyor with a passion for delivering high quality repairs and exceptional customer service?

We're currently partnering with a leading provider, to help source a skilled individual to join their Reactive Repairs team.

The requirements needed to ensure your success in the role?
  • Experience in a similar role: You have previous experience as a surveyor, or a relevant background with a focus on managing inspections and repairs from initial assessment through to final sign-off.
  • Technical knowledge: You understand current building regulations, health and safety legislation, and can identify and address construction defects before they become costly or disruptive.
  • Contract & Procurement Expertise: You are knowledgeable about procurement law, contract management, and how to ensure repairs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • IT Proficiency: You are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Word to produce well-organised reports, documents, and communications.
