SEN Administrator
- Hourly Rate: £14.40 PAYE

We are seeking an SEN Administrator to join our Special Educational Needs team at a local authority. This role requires excellent minute-taking skills and a strong administrative background. Knowledge of Education Healthcare Plans and the 20-week statutory process would be advantageous.This is an immediate start position with ongoing booking, offering a hybrid working arrangement after full training.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the Special Educational Needs team.
- Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings.
- Manage and maintain records related to Education Healthcare Plans.
- Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the 20-week statutory process.
- Handle correspondence and communications with various stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and documents as required by the team.
- Support the team in scheduling and organising meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an educational or local government setting.
- Excellent minute-taking skills.
- Good understanding or knowledge of Education Healthcare Plans and related statutory processes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative software.
