- Operational Management: Directs daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, prioritizing call-outs and minor repairs (e.g., sensor replacements, door adjustments).

- Compliance & Safety: Ensures all repairs meet health and safety regulations, specifically LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations).
