Graduate Teaching Assistants - West London

Location: West LondonContract: Full-Time, Term Time OnlyHours: Usually 8:15am - 4:00pm, Monday to FridayPay: £90-95 per dayAgency: SANZA Teaching Agency

Are you a graduate and interested in a career in education?Teaching Assistant roles offer the chance to gain valuable classroom experience, ideal if you're considering teacher training such as a PGCE in the future.

Many schools can also offer in-house teacher training, so this role is the perfect first step towards becoming a qualified teacher.

• Support class teachers across a range of subjects

• Work with small groups and individual pupils

• Assist pupils with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

• Provide additional support to students with a variety of learning needs, including those requiring tailored support

• Help deliver targeted interventions

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment

We are looking for graduates who:

• Have a strong academic background

• Are passionate about education and working with children

• Are proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable

• Communicate well and build positive relationships

• Have some experience with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) - desirable but not essential

• Personalised guidance from specialist education consultants

• Access to a wide range of school opportunities across London

• Experience working with both mainstream pupils and those with additional needs

• Support to help you progress into teacher training or long-term education roles

• A clear pathway into a rewarding career in education
