Our client, a highly respected and growing IFA practice based in Colchester, is currently seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment.

• Providing high-quality technical support to Advisers.
• Preparing suitability reports and detailed financial planning recommendations.
• Undertaking research and analysis across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
• Ensuring all work is compliant and delivered to the highest standard.
• Working closely with Advisers and administrators to deliver an exceptional client service.

• Level 4 Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (or working towards).
• Previous Paraplanning experience within an IFA/Wealth Management environment is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

• Basic salary of £50,000 per annum.
