Business Development Manager

Jackson Consults are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with HEVAC, Building Services FM and or Capex knowledge to join their clients team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development, networking and sales within Facilities Maintenance and Capex Environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Create and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and close business deals that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to prospective clients.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to improve strategies.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated with industry developments and emerging business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HEVAC, FM and or CAPEX market dynamics and the corresponding competitive landscapes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
