Decarbonisation Project Manager

• Property Services revitalises homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods.

Working alongside our operational team, the Decarbonisation Project Manager will support in the planning, coordination, and execution of retrofit projects. This role involves ensuring projects meet deadlines, staying within budget, and adhering to industry regulations. The Decarbonisation Manager will focus on assessments, designs, and integration of new systems or equipment into existing structures, ensuring they meet modern standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and safety.

• Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and upper management to understand project requirements and provide progress updates.
• Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders and project documentation, including contracts, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all retrofit projects maintain the highest quality standards and performance expectations.
• Provide technical guidance on various retrofit system inline with company ESG goals and Best practice.
• Liaise with Clients to obtain funding through Government schemes.
• Involvement in bids.

• Desirable - Level - 5 Retrofit co-ordination or similar
• Construction based NVQ 3 and above
• Minimum of 5 years retro-fit experience
• Strong knowledge of PAS2030/35 is essential
