The role
As a Stores Operative, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. Providing stores and equipment in order to support army training operations.
Day-to-day, you'll have the following responsibilities:
Issue stores and equipment.
Ensure all store areas and equipment items are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable condition and where applicable, ready for issue
Responsible for your areas Issues, Demands, Receipts and replenishing store items
Maintain all paperwork relating to stores accounts
This role is full time and based onsite at our Chatham site.
Essential experience of the Stores Operative:
Physically fit as will need to lift furniture
Experience and knowledge of using MS Office Suite
Qualifications for the Stores Operative:
Candidates must hold a manual UK Driving License.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
