Intermediate Quantity Surveyor - High Wycombe, Bucks

Location: Office based in High Wycombe, projects predominantly in London

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE car allowance & benefits

The Role

As an Intermediate QS, you will support the commercial team while taking ownership of your own projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and managing project budgets
• Checking contracts and verifying quantities against tender allowances
• Preparing tender documents for subcontractors and specialist suppliers
• Managing variations and assisting with final accounts
• Producing monthly cost value reports
• Working across both office and site-based duties

This is an excellent role for a proactive QS ready to develop technical and commercial expertise under the guidance of senior staff.

About You

• 2-3+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying within construction, subcontracting, or interior fit-out projects
• Relevant qualification (Degree, HND, BSc, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of building methods
• Full UK driving licence and own transport
• Must live within 1-hour commute of High Wycombe
• Permanent right to work in the UK
