This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Broker who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to benefit from consistent lead flow, uncapped commission, and long-term career progression.

The Opportunity:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be embedded within a high-performing estate agency branch, receiving 7-10 high-quality first appointments per week, while advising on a wide variety of mortgage and protection products. The property stock in Caterham and surrounding areas regularly includes listings of £500K-£800K+, providing the potential for high earnings and large case sizes.

You'll have access to a strong database of existing clients for remortgage opportunities, and work closely with a knowledgeable in-branch sales team to convert leads and maximise revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, whole-of-market mortgage advice tailored to each client's needs (purchase, remortgage, new build, buy-to-let).
• Advise on a full range of protection products, including life cover, critical illness, and income protection.
• Convert branch-generated leads into completed applications with efficiency and professionalism.
• Build long-term relationships with clients, introducers, and referral sources.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance and adhere strictly to FCA regulatory standards.
• Manage your own pipeline, follow up effectively, and deliver on personal KPIs.

What We Offer:

• Basic salary up to £28,000, depending on experience.

Who We're Looking For:

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) - minimum Level 1 essential.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
• Strong understanding of residential mortgage products and protection solutions.
• Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach.
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to work in a high-volume, target-driven role.
• Based in or commutable to Caterham, or surrounding areas in Surrey.
