VIP Host Job description:

Key Responsibilities for VIP Host:

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to VIP clients, visitors, and customers, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Maintain the reception and lounge areas to the highest standards, ensuring they are clean, organised, and luxurious.
  • Anticipate client needs, offering attentive and efficient service that enhances the customer experience.
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are immaculate, organised, and fully equipped with necessary materials.
  • Serve food and beverages to clients and visitors, delivering a high standard of service with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the hospitality and catering teams to meet operational requirements seamlessly.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed, supporting the smooth running of the office and client-facing spaces.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a VIP host, hospitality, customer service, or related role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Teams, Excel, and email composition.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised, and provide proactive service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable attention to detail, flexibility, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to commute to Feltham.
  • Willingness to undergo a 5-year background check.
