Temporary Accounts Payable Controller - ASAP start

A dedicated children's charity that has been changing childhoods and changing lives for over 150 years. Head quartered in Ilford, this role will be part of a busy finance team, based on site 3 days a week, and reporting into the Property Finance Manager. Ideally you will have experience of working in the property industry, but this is not essential. As long as you are used to a busy and process driven Accounts Payable position and based locally in Ilford, this could be the role for you!

The role:

• Opening and checking the post
• Scanning and processing invoices
• Processes electronic payments.
• Prepares invoice deduction notices, as necessary.
• Prints accounts payable reports and assists in maintaining accounts payable file
• Dealing with queries and any other ad hoc administration tasks

The person:

• Available immediately and happy to commit to temporary work
• Based locally in Ilford and happy to work on site minimum 3 days a week
• Proven experience in a fast-paced accounts payable position
• Ideally experience of working in the property sector but not essential
