Pe Teacher

We are working with a Secondary school in East Surrey who is seeking a dedicated and passionate PE Teacher. This role involves teaching PE up to Key Stage 5. They are proud to serve a diverse student body and are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters academic, social, and spiritual growth within a Christian framework.

• Teach PE to students up to Key Stage 5, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained.
• Assist in the development of programmes of study, materials, and schemes of work.
• Participate in professional development programmes to enhance teaching practice.
• Contribute to the cultural and community life of the school through various activities.
• Perform duties of a Form Tutor, supporting students' academic and personal development.

• Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have the automatic right to obtain it without further training.
• Experience teaching PE across various age and ability ranges.
• Ability to teach another subject area is desirable but not essential.
• Strong commitment to the ethos of the School and ability to work effectively within an explicitly Christian context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster good working and learning habits in students.
