Our client is looking for a skilled Forklift Truck Operator with a Counterbalance Forklift License to join their busy yard team on an initial contract basis with the opportunity to go permanent.

This role involves loading and unloading lorries, general yard duties, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Forklift Operations - Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load and unload incoming and outgoing lorries.
• Yard Duties - Assist with general yard tasks, ensuring efficient movement of goods and materials.
• Picking & Packing - Accurately pick and pack orders, preparing them for dispatch.
• Housekeeping - Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area in line with health and safety standards.

Key Experience

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift License (Essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, yard, or logistics environment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-conscious mindset.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
