As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care, strong team leadership, and compliance with CQC regulations. • Provide strong, compassionate leadership to your team

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements

• Maintain and improve occupancy levels

• Deliver person-centred care that enhances quality of life

• Manage budgets and resources effectively

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external agencies

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home

• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
