Regional Director - M&E Consultancy

An established and growing M&E consultancy is seeking a commercially astute Regional Director to lead and develop a key UK region.

This is a senior leadership role with full P&L responsibility, combining technical authority with strategic growth. You will oversee multi-disciplinary M&E design delivery, drive revenue and profitability, strengthen senior client relationships, and lead the ongoing development of high-performing engineering teams.

• Full regional P&L ownership
• Lead and oversee M&E design projects from concept to completion
• Drive business development and pipeline growth
• Maintain design quality and technical governance
• Develop, mentor and recruit senior engineering talent
• Manage risk, operational performance and client engagement

• Currently Director / Associate Director level within an M&E consultancy or contractor
• Strong Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
• Technically credible - able to review, challenge and sign off designs
• Commercially confident managing fees, margins and forecasts
• Proven leader of teams and client relationships

This is not a purely strategic position - we are seeking a hands-on leader who understands delivery from the ground up and can provide genuine technical oversight while shaping regional growth.
