Responsibilities:
-Managing and coordinating all aspects of mechanical projects.
-Leading technical teams and collaborating with clients and contractors.
-Developing budgets, schedules, and ensuring on-time, within-budget project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:
-Strong building services and mechanical engineering knowledge, including plumbing.
-Proven procurement, budgeting, and on-site management experience.
-Gold/Black CSCS card and excellent leadership skills.
