About the Role:The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in the classroom, providing both one-to-one and small group support as needed. You will help foster a positive learning environment and contribute to the academic and personal progress of all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum

• Working with individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs

• Assisting with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources

• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging student engagement

• Supporting the emotional and social development of pupils
