Maintenance Supervisor

Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for Maintenance Supervisor in London. This is focusing on a high end and client facing site in central London. We are looking for someone with a can do attitude.

About the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance
• Supporting one other engineer on site
• Reactive breakdowns
• Alarms/Lights
• Plant room checks and repairs

Experience need for the role of the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Any City & Guilds/NVQ Qualifications - Mechanical or Electrical

What we offer the Maintenance Supervisor:

• Up to 50K dependent on experience
• Overtime opportunities - paying 1.5x and 2x
• Bonus up to 2% two times a year

• Sociable hours - 8am to 5pm
