What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire technical teams to deliver outstanding client service.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
- Manage performance, training, and development across multiple teams.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.
- Act as a key liaison between client services and commercial teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in financial services.
- Strong understanding of financial planning strategies and FCA compliance.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., Intelliflo).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
- Ability to travel between office locations as needed.
