• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

• Ensure project specifications and client expectations are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in a main contracting environment.

• Expertise in shopfitting or refurbishment projects.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work night shifts as required.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
