Production Services Technician

PRODUCTION SERVICES TECHNICIAN WOKING AREA 12-MONTH CONTRACT

A global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation are currently recruiting for a Production Services Technician to join their team in the Woking area, on a 12-month contract basis.

Reporting to the Production Services Supervisor, the purpose of the job is to maintain and deliver washed and sterile equipment for customers both onsite and external. You will assist with antigen control operations as required, with the inclusions of handling liquid nitrogen and dry ice, formulating trial blends and performing sterility testing. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and delivery of production equipment as required
• Perform washing and sterilisation activities of equipment
• Support in the formulation of trial blends
• Maintain site autoclaves by performing regular test cycles, cleaning and assisting with validation
• Operate and organise laundry services to ensure a consistent supply of clean garments and towels for use in all departments

To be considered for the role candidates must have a minimum of 5 GCSE's, including English, Maths and Science Grade 4/C or above. Ideally candidates will have GMP experience, although this is not essential.
