Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum plus company car
Are you an experienced professional in the aviation, highways and civils industry looking for your next challenge? My client is a specialist contracting firm is working on a major project in the London area, and on their behalf I am seeking a Contracts Supervisor to take on a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this high-profile contract.
The Role:
As a Contracts Supervisor, you'll be a key player in the team, liaising directly with the client and supervising contract progress. Your time will be divided between the site and the office. Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing site issues and ensuring smooth operations.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Managing permits and compliance requirements.
Attending pricing meetings and contributing to project management.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to contract specifications.
While this is predominantly a Monday-to-Friday role, flexibility for occasional night shifts is essential.
Requirements:
A background in aviation/highways/civils projects.
SMSTS/SSSTS certification (or equivalent site management qualifications).
Strong site management experience.
Driven and commercially minded.
Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
