Role: Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing (Reactive & Voids)

Join a Leading Contractor in Social Housing Repairs

Spencer & James are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support the Senior Quantity Surveyor on one of London's highest profile Social Housing Repairs & Void Maintenance contracts. You'll play a key role in managing commercial performance, overseeing a Commercial Assistant, and ensuring cost-effective delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage CVRs, VCRs & client applications
• Track project costs, valuations & cash flow
• Support final account settlements
• Oversee subcontract procurement & valuations
• Contribute to profit planning & reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years as a Quantity Surveyor in responsive/voids social housing maintenance sector.
• Strong knowledge of SOR codes & JCT Forms of Contract
• Confident with cost reporting & subcontract management
