Facade Project Manager

O'Neill and Brennan are helping a big UK developer with their search for Project Manager on a full time basis that will oversee the facade and remediation works.

There is 2 projects that will be mainly overseen.

These projects will be re works of existing projects, so all facades will be up to date with all reguations.

There is a lot of Pre-Construction work & Designs to be done so the client is looking to bring someone in as soon as possible to help with gateway submissions.

Salary on offer will be DOE + a very competitive package.
