Lead Developer - AI & Low-Code Platforms£800/day Inside IR35 End of FY 
Lead Developer needed for AI programme. Hands-on role combining low-code platform expertise (Power Platform) with Python/AI development and technical leadership.
The Role- Hands-on development with low-code platforms (Power Platform) and Python
- Make technical and architectural decisions for AI projects
- Build solutions using AI frameworks (LangChain) and cloud AI services
- Collaborate with product owners and user researchers
- Provide technical direction to team of 15
- Strong low-code/no-code platform experience (Power Platform) - disqualifying if absent
- Python proficiency for AI development
- AI frameworks experience (LangChain)
- Microsoft stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry)
- Cloud AI services (Vertex, Bedrock, Azure AI)
- Experience leading teams and making technical decisions
