Care Deputy Manager

Location: High?WycombeSalary: £30,000 per annumHours: Full-time, flexible shifts including weekends

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our residential care home, specialising in nursing care, dementia, and physical disabilities. You'll work closely with the Registered Manager to lead care teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver high standards of person-centred care.

• Assist in managing care delivery and staff performance

• Support with CQC compliance, audits, and care planning

• Mentor, supervise, and develop the care team

• Ensure safe administration of medication

• Act as a point of contact for families and external professionals

• Prior experience in a senior or deputy role within a care home

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of safeguarding, care standards, and health & safety

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred

• Competitive salary of £30,000
