Senior Change Business Lead / Manager Markets Financial Services Insurance London (Hybrid) 3 days a week in the office per week 750/day (Inside IR35) Contracts until end of December 2025

Our London based client is seeking a Senior Change Business Manager to work on a systems implementation project where you will drive change impact assessment training engagement getting people ready so solution lands safely to ensure safe and correct use.

Any experience and knowledge on Novidea is highly desirable.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 8 Years relevant experience within Markets (preferable) / Financial Services / Insurance
• Experience coordinating training content delivery and
• Previously worked on platform system implementation change.
• Stakeholder management
• Communication skills

Location: City of London

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office / 2 days working from home

Initial contract period is until the end of December 2025 with view to extend

Rate: 750/day Inside IR35 via umbrella
