About the opportunity:

• Prepare, develop, and edit drawings, models, and images under the guidance of the project leader or architect.
• Lead the creation of design and access statements and produce drawings/models for planning and technical use.
• Develop and present design options for team discussions.
• Ensure thorough knowledge of UK residential design regulations and standards.
• Strong design portfolio, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and embrace new ways of working.

About the benefits and rewards:

The salary will be dependent on the level of exposure to the residential industry. The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary in the region of up to 36k DOE. Hybrid policy in place, Fridays working from home.

About the requirements:

• Software Skills: Autodesk Revit (RIBA Stages 0-7, BIM Level 2 preferred), Lumion (rendering), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro), and Autodesk Forma (preferred).
• Qualifications: Minimum Part 2 UK qualification or equivalent; ARB registered or equivalent.
• Residential Experience: Previous work in residential development at planning or technical stages.
• Construction Methods: Experience or strong interest in Modular/MMC/Offsite construction.
• Sustainability Focus: Prior experience with sustainable design and construction.
• A strong commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
