Salary: £90 - £120 per day

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistant (English Graduate TA) to join our team in Southwark. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support the educational and personal development of students.

About the Role:

• Provide individual and group support to students as an English Graduate TA.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• A recent degree in English or a related field.
• Experience with special educational needs is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to inclusion.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
