We re recruiting for a Delivery Driver to join a fantastic company in Slough. This is a permanent opportunity to work with a business that has built its reputation on delivering exceptional service.

About the Role: As a Delivery Driver, you ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering goods efficiently, accurately, and with a smile. You ll also serve as the face of the company, maintaining their excellent reputation while representing their values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a Sprinter van to deliver goods across London, Essex, Kent, Portsmouth, Hampshire, and other areas in the North.
• Ensuring customer deliveries are made efficiently, accurately, and on time.
• Providing a personalised and exemplary service to exceed customer expectations.
• Keeping accurate records of deliveries and ensuring documentation is submitted to the Warehouse Supervisor upon return.
• Lifting and handling heavy products or parcels when necessary.
• Driving safely and complying with all traffic laws to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintaining the company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-fuelled, and road-ready.
• Communicating with the sales office or customers to update them on any changes to delivery times.
• Following pre-planned routes accurately without deviation unless authorised.
• Reporting any customer feedback, observations, or sales opportunities to management.
• Supporting the warehouse and other team members with ad hoc duties as required.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience in delivery driving, especially in Central London.
• Professional and mature driving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers, colleagues, and the public.
• Flexibility to start work early in the morning (6am-3pm, Monday to Friday).
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
