Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the provision for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Develop and implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of support staff, providing effective deployment and training.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and implement individual education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of students with SEND, adjusting support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and school policies related to SEND.
• Promote a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all students.
